Refreshing in its deliciousness and purity, The Apple Thief contains no artificial flavours or concentrates, and is currently being downed by discerning drinkers in some of Australia’s top bars and restaurants.
Batlow Cider Co.
Formed in 2011, Batlow Cider was created with the vision of turning “Australia’s Favourite Apples” into Australia’s Favourite Cider. Every apple that goes into a Batlow Cider has been handpicked and crushed in Batlow with no added sugar, concentrates or other additives. It’s stocked by awesome independent bottle shops and most BWS stores nationwide and all Dan Murphy’s stores in NSW/ACT.
Batlow Road Cider
Traditional Cider. Made from the juice of apples left simply to ferment. This traditional process is totally natural and maintains the goodness of probiotics. Wild yeasts on our apples convert the sugar in apple juice into alcohol. No preservatives, additives or carbonation are used in this process. Our Traditional Cider is dry with very little residual sugar.
3 Sons Cider
We take great pride in being the only dedicated cidery in the ACT that is hand crafting traditional style English ciders. We use heritage English and French cider apples that we grow ourselves, as well as wild picked local apples and Batlow apples.
Our cider is made from handpicked and fresh crushed apples from our 4th generation family-run orchard. Hidden in the pristine mountains north of Wollongong, Darkes is well known for on-farm events featuring signature creations Howler and non-Alcoholic Little Blue.
At Richmond in Tasmania’s beautiful Coal River Valley, Lost Pippin handcrafts the best Tasmanian apples and pears into unique, balanced and complex artisan cider and perry. The cool Tasmanian climate produces fruit that is respectfully crafted into our range of contemporary and traditional styles. Funky, clean, dry or sweet, all of our ciders have one thing in common: real unadulterated flavour.
The Jolly Miller
Jolly Miller Apple Cider began in Gundaroo NSW in 2009 as a retirement project for former academic and cider drinker Ron Miller who wanted to make a good drinkable draught New World cider to share with likeminded people. Jolly Miller is strong, dry and crisp and made only from apples – “grown- up” cider.
Small Acres Cider is committed to producing great ciders without compromise. English born Gail Kendell and Australian born James Kendell prefer to take a wine making approach to their ciders, using only the fresh juice that is pressed from the apple or pear and creating different cider styles by using the unique natural flavours already present in the cider variety apples grown in their orchard. There is no added water, no added sugar and no added flavourings in any of our ciders.
“Because two mates wanted to make great beer!”. Two mates; with little funds and a big dream – a microbrewery in stunning Tumut. It all started in Tim’s shed ten years ago and he and Simon haven’t stopped brewing since. Equipment grew, books were read, courses attended and through the toughest times, brewing was a constant. The guys now operate a 1500 litre commercial brewery and use locally sourced grain and apples to produce quality brews including Pale Ales, Lagers, Stouts, Wheat Beers and the famous Ginja Ninja Ginger Beer! Drop in for a visit, they have a bar with 24 taps and are open 7 days a week!

Is a 1958 Sunliner caravan lovingly restored into a mobile bar service. Vinbar came about from the van’s name of Vinnie and also Vino, which we sell a lot of! Vinbar travels around North East Victoria, the Riverina and Southern NSW providing a quality bar service at festivals, parties, weddings, corporate and community events. One of Vinbar’s forte’s is cocktails! At this year’s CiderFest we will be serving handcrafted cider cocktails and our famous mulled cider!

Established in 1995 Borambola Wines offers 100% estate grown wines from the Gundagai Region including Sparkling Brut, Chardonnay, Shiraz & Cabernet Sauvignon. Our Cellar Door is open by appointment and the venue is available for weddings, functions and events. Tuckerbox by Borambola produces a sessionable Hoppy Lager Beer using local ingredients, and a Craft Apple Cider made from 100% apples, with no added sugar.
