Where is Batlow?

Batlow is a small town in the Snowy Valleys, nestled in the hills midway between Tumut and Tumbarumba, NSW.

Who runs Batlow CiderFest?

CiderFest is managed by a hardworking volunteer committee, who provide their time throughout the year to organise the festival.

Can I bring my pet to CiderFest?

No. Due to the large numbers of people that attend, we don’t allow pets inside the festival grounds.

How many people attend CiderFest?

Typically the festival sees attendance of around 4,500 people.

What time do the gates open?

CiderFest will run from 10am to 4:30pm on Saturday 21 May 2022 and Recovery Sunday will run from 10am to 3:30pm.

Am I allowed to bring alcohol into CiderFest?

No. BYO alcohol is not permitted through the CiderFest gates. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages can be purchased at the event.

Will my mobile phone work at CiderFest?

Yes. There is both digital and Next G coverage in Batlow for both Telstra and Optus mobile phones.

Can I purchase official merchandise at the festival?

Yes, you can purchase official Batlow CiderFest merchandise on site. There will be limited offerings for 2021 due to the short turn around time from the decision to proceed with the event and the event date.

Can I get a refund if I can’t make it?

No. Sorry we have a no refund policy.
